Well we did it, we have officially submitted our plans for rezoning to MUPD.
Revisions to the original site plan. We have added 20,000sf to what we were already excited to build.
First round of site planning, we are taking this large piece of property and dividing it up for seven individual users.

After a good grooming, this property is finally visible from Belvedere Road.
Marking the trees for removal. Some were unhealthy but most were already dead.
The hedges were so overgrown they were blocking the property's visibility from Belvedere Road and wreaking havoc on the fence. Those will be getting cut ASAP
This wall serves a great purpose but is an eye soar! We have cut back and sprayed the weeds and planning on a nice coat of paint for this wall.
Wrapping our heads around the huge opportunities this land presents! Just look how much room we have to develop into workable and usable space.
